At Master Mart Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
โ It is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
โ A return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
โ The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Custom or personalised items
How to Initiate a Return
We now offer two convenient ways to arrange a return:
Option 1 โ Email Request
- Email us at mastermartlimited@gmail.comย with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.
- Securely package the item and send it back within 7 days of approval.
- Retain proof of postage and tracking details.
Option 2 โ Self-Return Booking
You can now book and manage your return directly through our self-return portal, available on our website. Simply enter your order details, select the items you wish to return, and generate your return label.
Refunds & Processing
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee, where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 3โ4 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please email mastermartlimited@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
โ Check your bank account again.
โ Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
โ If the issue remains unresolved, email mastermartlimited@gmail.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- Medium parcels and smaller: Return shipping is covered by Master Mart Ltd.
- Large/oversized parcels: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as these are significantly more expensive to send.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.
